Set within the striking Wine Gallery, Curate is led by Head Chef Kieran Whyte and showcases a meticulously crafted multi-course tasting menu. Each dish highlights the finest seasonal ingredients, drawing inspiration from Southern Africa’s rich culinary heritage and diverse cultural influences.

Complementing the cuisine is an exceptional wine journey. The Wine Gallery houses Ellerman House’s renowned 10,000-bottle collection, offering diners access to rare vintages, single-vineyard selections, and vertical tastings of iconic South African wines. Guests can explore expertly curated pairings guided by skilled wine stewards, ensuring a truly immersive experience.

Designed in collaboration with renowned artist and sculptor Angus Taylor, Curate transforms the Wine Gallery into a space where food, wine, and art come together in perfect harmony.
